The primary objective in this campaign is to disrupt the current Women’s Month landscape and celebrate the achievements, resilience, and inspiration of women not just in front of the camera but also behind the scenes.

”Más que un Mes” – “More than a Month” challenges the status quo by juxtaposing the simple idea to celebrate women everyday… beyond the holiday month. It’s not only about making history, but about appreciating and embracing the value and power of each women everyday.

I developed a series of custom, interchangeable background elements with Photoshop. Designed with both depth and versatility in mind, these assets can be seamlessly paired with each other and adapted to different color variations and backgrounds, as long as they align with the established color palette. This approach ensures the campaign remains dynamic and visually consistent while allowing other designers the flexibility to tailor the elements to specific needs.

Employee Resource Group Branding

In addition to creating the branding for the Women’s Month campaign, our team identified an opportunity to align its look and feel with the Women’s Leadership Council, an employee resource group.

By reinforcing the theme "Más Que Un Mes" ("More Than a Month"), we highlighted how this group hosts events year-round that often tie back to Women’s Month. This alignment not only strengthened the campaign’s message but also fostered a sense of familiarity among employees, showcasing how the branding evolves to support other key moments throughout the year.
